At Bugbatter. what is wrong with Spywarehammer forums?
BB last week I tried to enter SpywareHammer forums and I was greeted with 403 Forbidden. Today was the same. I did a quick search and it seems I am not the only one with this problem. The same error either with IE or FF. What is going on ?
I read a topic that it has to be reported to the webmaster if you are encountering this behavior. This is from someone who was being help by kevinf80 and got the 403 forbidden page when trying to login.
You will receive that error if you are posting a log with some text characters that our firewall does not like or if you are posting a message with some sort of malformed text for the same reason. When posting a log, simply let your helper know, and he will instruct you to zip the log and post as an attachment. We do not open unsolicited attachments, so be sure to let one of us know your intention beforehand.
I'm sure that was the case with the person kevinf80 was helping. Hernan, send me a private message here at Dell and let me know your situation. I'll see if I can figure out what is bothering the firewall. :emotion-15:

Hernan,
For what it's worth, I *CAN* go there... so the site is up.
Wonder if they're intentionally (or accidentally) blocking access via user's IP address/country??? Let's see how BB replies...
