Hello Markok,

Welcome to the Dell forums.

Sorry it took so long for someone to reply. Everyone who works there is a volunteer and often there are just not enough to keep up with demand for help.

There's nothing that really jumps out as a probable cause for your blue screen problems. It does appear that both AntiVir and Zone Alarm antivirus are running. It's generally not a good idea to have two antivirus programs running at the same time since they often conflict with each other. You should choose one, disable and uninstall the other. I would probably keep AntiVir and disable Zone Alarm. After that, we will take care of a couple of minor things, then see where we are.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update.

Updating Java:

Step 1:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE): Currently Version 6.
  • Scroll down to: "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check-mark (tic): "Accept License Agreement".
  • Page will refresh.
  • Click "Windows Offline Installation Multilanguage".
  • Save to desktop.
Step 2:

Remove older versions:
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially web browser(s).
  • Go to Start => Control Panel
  • Double-click Add/Remove programs.
  • Highlight any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Click Remove or Change/Remove.
  • Repeat for any/all versions of Java.

  • Step 3:

    Install newest version:

  • After all Java components are removed:
  • Reboot
  • Double-click jre-6-windows-i586.exe on your desktop.
  • Follow prompts to install new version.
Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

O16 - DPF: {6D5FCFCB-FA6C-4CFB-9918-5F0A9F7365F2} - http://www.gigex.com/tv/igor/gigexagent.dll

With all windows closed except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

Post back a new log, along with a description of any symptoms that you are still having. We can proceed from there. :smileyhappy:
