Browser hijacked on start up

Question

hello to all.I'm pretty much a noob who needs help.When I start up my computer the homepage changes to msn.com and the url reads HTTP//68%76%75%75%76%73%2E%74%2E%6D%75%78%61%2E%63%63/%68%2E%70%?%61%69%64=33 I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me,even the name of this hijacker. thanks in advance. ceb.

Run ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy per the instructions under my signature.  Post back if that does not fix it.
