buffer overrun error

Hello,

I have been getting this error in Internet Explorer which says : "Visual C++ Runtime Library error" PROGRAM: C:\WINNT\EXPLORER.EXE. A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program' s internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.' After this if I close this message, the computer hangs.When I run Hijackthis, I get this log:
