Built in Firewall in Windows XP Question
Hello
I have windows XP in a new Dell 2400 it has a Built in Firewall ,,,,I believe its called Internet Connection Firewall
I just got Cable internet,,,,, my question is should I enable this Firewall and if so are there any SPECIFIC Items I should check or NOT check ??
I just Installed SPYBOT Search and Destroy
How is Spyware and Adware Different ?? Do I need to have them Both ??

You might want to read through this post at top of this forum which gives you additional information on running a firewall on your new PC. You should be using some sort of firewall if you access the internet at all.

To answer your question about needing both Spybot and Adaware, yes you should run them both. One program can spot additional spyware that the other one cannot. They are both excellent programs.
