Can someone help me please?

I have a dimension e510 and a couple weeks ago I got virus or malware infection. It was not letting me use the internet for very long before a popup would come up and I couldnt access my control panel or properties of my computer. I used antispywarebot to get rid of it. It stopped the popups but I still cant access my control panel or properties on my computer. I would really appreciate any help that you can give me.

Antispywarebot is a rouge program and just as much of an infection as the original infection. Your HijackThis log has been picked up.
