I downloaded it to my desktop.  When I double click to open it, it gives this message.....

 

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

 

This is the same thing I get when I try to open my other programs..

 

Is there another way to run it?

What is catchme.cfexe?  My virus protection software just warned me about it .  Not sure if it's part of combofix? or another problem??
