Cannot Remove Kaaza

Question

In my add or remove program screen, I have cannot seem to remove kaaza.  The error that appears when I try to remove it is:   InstallShield (R) Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.   Any ideas?  This is the only program that this message appears for...

Make sure Kazaa doesn't have something running in the background. (i.e.START/ RUN/ msconfig) click on the startup tab & see if theres a reference to Kazaa.. If there is uncheck it, click okay & reboot. Then try deleting it again.

If push comes to shove, post a HJT log in the HJT forum and we can pick it out and delete it. Steve

I tried using Kaaza Lite - but it doesn't seem to work. As I wanted to uninstall it, even this didn't work. Can anybody help me or does anybody have the same problem?
