cannot remove spywares

Hello gentlemen. Recently my computer was infected and I asked some people and they referred me to superantispyware. I installed and ran the program and it removed the infections and I thought it was enough but actually it was not. I ckecked the files carefully and saw that they are still multiplying. I noticed that there are duplicate folders by the same name. Surprising each and every folder in the computer has a duplicate folder inside the folder of the same name. I tried running a custom scan on the same duplicate folder but superantispyware couldnot detect that it is a malware. All the duplicate folders are of the same size. 259kb. The conclusion of the story is I want another software that I can download and that removes all the infections properly. Any suggestion appreciated. Thanks and regards. Compu101.

Hello Just wanted to add that I updated the software multiple times and ran the scan more than 10 times but it didnot help. Everytime when the computer is rebooted the folders multiply on their own.
