Can't remove a program?

How do you know that the program has not been completely removed? Is it still listed in Add/Remove Programs, or are you still seeing the files on your computer?

Let's see if Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware comes up with anything.
Please download to your desktop Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
• Copy&Paste the entire report into a New Message on the HijackThis Board. Also include a fresh HijackThis log. Instructions for downloading HijackThis are at the top of that forum.

  to start your own thread requesting assistance for a follow-up check to be sure the malware is gone.
  2. In the Message Body window that opens, simply Right-Click and select Paste.
  
  

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

The program folders / files including the uninstall program still are in the files section... I get the message to buy a program if I don't want the warning message again.. Even though I proceed with the uninstall, nothing happens... going to procede with your ideas in a moment..  Thanks for helping..
