Carvana pop up that I cannot get rid of.

I was just researching a four by four vehicle for winter.  I did not look at Carvana but they hooked onto my Edge and when ever I hit the home button up they pop.  I have tried blocking them, deleting cookies, deleting my history everything that I a novice can think of.  I looked at this pop up trying to find a spot that basically says "unsubscribed" but there isn't one.  I tried to find a place on this site for help, but there isn't one.  Outside of totally wiping my system I am not sure what I can do.  Can anyone please help me?
