Hi, KearaC ,

1. We cannot help you with this because the log is missing necessary information, and we have no idea why you ran Combofix. What are your symptoms of a malware infection?

2. You should not be using Combofix unless you have been instructed to do so by a Malware Removal Expert. It is a powerful tool intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for private use. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.
Please read Combofix's Disclaimer: Photobucket

3. If you are having symptoms of infection, it might be good to post a HijackThis log on the HijackThis Board.
Just click the New Message button in the HijackThis forum here: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack
to start your own thread requesting assistance. At the top of that board there are instructions for posting. I cannot guarantee that anyone will be able to resolve your problem though, due to the fact that you ran a very dangerous tool on your own, and we have no idea what changes may have been made to the system.

4. The version of ComboFix that you ran may be outdated by now. It has left files on your computer. If you should need to run ComboFix again in the future, hopefully, someone trained in its use will be assisting you. Please Click Start then Run
* Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK.
Notice the space between the X and the /u
This will uninstall ComboFix.
