Computer has spyware I think

Question

:womansad::smileysad:Hi I already called dell and they want money to help me even though I have a warrenty. I think I have Spyware, I turned my Computer on a few weeks ago and half my programs were gone, and when I try and reinstall them it says windows inslaller is not installed properly, here are some more error mess-insall shield couldnot be launched,it would not let me use system restore either.  Also it won't let me into my system logon to change to admistrater. I have run Virus scans and spyware,adware scans and have only removed 2 things called Pups. and still cannot uninstall or install any programs.  also my sbc yahoo browser is uninstalled too and I cannot reinstall any of it.  Please help me fix my computer someone!!!!!!!

Hi Go over to the HiJackThis forum and read the yellow post on the top of the page. The post on how to post a HJT log. Do that, and someone will help you for free to fix this if possible. Steve

yea its spyware most likely because this happened to me umm did you do safemode ?. then scan or you can repair it with a windows xp disc when doing that you wont lose any information ?. if you need further assitance i am here to help
