Computer running really slow, hidden program eating up memory?

Hi,
My computer has been running very slowly lately and the hourglass cursor is always on it seems. My CPU usage has been bouncing around from 76-100 percent, even when no other programs are open. Can you please check out my log and let me know if you have any ideas?
