While I am studying your log, tell me what steps you go through to access System Restore and if you get any error message when attempting to execute a restore point.

Windows defender is probably not allowing you to change your home page.
Regardless, it will interfere with Hijackthis so we need to disable it for the fix. While it is disabled, try to change your home page:
  • * Open Microsoft Windows Defender. Click Start, Programs, Windows Defender
    * Click on Tools, General Settings
    * Under Real-time protection options, unselect the Turn on real-time protection check box
    * Click Save
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Run Hijackthis click--> "Open the Misc Tools section" then -->"delete file on reboot"
(exact spelling counts!!! so don't browse to the files)
Copy/Paste the line below in bold into the File name box then click Open,
C:\WINDOWS\system32\txtebui.dll
Answer yes to the prompt to reboot the PC.

Please run HijackThis again and check the following:
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {06849E9F-C8D7-4D59-B87D-784B7D6BE0B3} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: &SearchBar - {0494D0D9-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} - C:\Program Files\MyWay\myBar\1.bin\MYBAR.DLL (file missing)
O21 - SSODL: Webelvid - {12A8B8EC-168E-457B-9A41-0AAB5F2A644A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\txtebui.dll

Now, close all windows except for HjackThis then click Fix Checked.

Reboot the computer and post back a new HijackThis log. Please advise how the computer is running now. Please DO NOT attempt a System Restore. When I see the next log and are certain your system is cleaned, we will deal with the System Restore issue and create a new Restore point. Thanks!
