desktop has blue boxes..HJT log

Today my desktop went crazy. It changed pictures, had a line going vertically down the center of the desktop and has blue boxes under the icons w/ the icon description in them. Then my homepage disappeared.  I ran McAfee, Spybot, AVG anti spyware, and AdAware.  I came up with many things. Sort of strange as I run McAfee all the time, and the antispyware several times a week and rarely have more than a couple of things if any. I went looking and found the MYWEBSEARCH. I ininstalled the google toolbar and google updater. I think I got rid of those. I have my homepage back, the line is gone from the desktop. I still have the blue boxes under my icons.  Many thanks to anyone that may can help.  Here is my HJT log:
