cma6j, hi and welcome.It could be that your ISP is having DNS problems. There is an alternate DNS application that you can run called TreeWalk. I used it with my previous ISP as their DNS servers were very slow but this ISP's DNS servers are fast.

Then try Bind-LE http://ntcanuck.com/downloads.htm
Even though it indicates it is BETA it works great on my old WinME 200MHZ MMX laptop.
