do I have a virus?

Question

When I search for something in google (or any other search cite) when I click on the page I want to go to, it takes me to a fake search engine page or a fake page that looks like what I want.  I end up having to go up into the address line where the web address is located, put my cursor there, and hit enter, then I finally get to where I want to go.   Do I have a virus?   I just got rid of winfixer.....could that be causing the probelm, that it isnt fully gone?

This is most likely an unidentified browser HiJacker. This is malware or potentially Unwanted Programs taking over your browser. You may want to scan your computer for these threats from some online virus scanners to be sure. (Other than your installed AV's company).
