We are short of help here presently, so please post a HijackThis log on one of the forums that handles them.
Click
http://ralphcaddell.com/Uploads/HjThis.exe to download a self extractable version of hijackthis.
Double click on hijackthis.exe to extract hijackthis to folder c:\hijackthis.
It will extract it to that folder and open the folder for you. It will also create a shortcut on your desktop to Hijackthis.
Launch
HijackThis to do a ''Scan and Save Log''.
Do not try to fix anything yourself at this point.

I had a thought, may not be correct, but a thought - are you using a wireless mouse? If you are, I have discovered that they work on three different bands 27 Mhz, 2.4 Ghz and blue tooth. Could you be having interference?
