Hi elchan18
You may have an infection to account for this error message. Your best bet is to re-post this in the Malware Removal forum where the experts are:http://en.community.dell.com/forums/3521.aspx
Before posting there, read and follow these instructions first:http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/19251122.aspx
The experts are busy there, and a reply might take a day or so.
Meanwhile, as a preliminary step, I would suggest you download the free scanner MalwareByte's Antimalware (MBAM) and run a scan. Full instructions from Bugbatter on how to do this are here:http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19305633/19593876.aspx#19593876
Unless you hear from the other forum first, let us know how it goes.
Good luck!
