You may have an infection to account for this error message. Your best bet is to re-post this in the Malware Removal forum where the experts are:

The experts are busy there, and a reply might take a day or so.

Meanwhile, as a preliminary step, I would suggest you download the free scanner MalwareByte's Antimalware (MBAM) and run a scan. Full instructions from Bugbatter on how to do this are here:
