EULALauncher.exe is related to the Google toolbar (do a search for it at Google). Nothing to worry about. However, you can check Black Viper for lots of good information regarding what needs to run and what doesn't in Windows XP, depending on what you use your computer for.
If you'd like a checkup of what's running on your computer, you can also follow the instructions on HOW TO POST A HIJACKTHIS LOG over at the HijackThis board here at Dell. In your post, include a short paragraph explaining that you would like to know if there is anything there that doesn't belong (malware) and that you would like to know what you can disable from starting up when Windows launches. Someone will help you out as soon as possible. Please be patient as that board is extremely busy. -- SCB :)
