I to use Firefox browser myself becuse of the security holes that Explorer has on it's browser.
Ever since I use Firefox, I had no problem's with no adware or spyware on my computer and even no more highjack my browser. That is way it's number 1 browser of all the browser's out there.
I love Firefox and highly recommend it but there are 2 sites that I regularly visit which require IE for full functionality. One is Windows Update and the other is this very forum.
I'm not holding my breath for Microsoft to "fix" their site but maybe, just maybe, Dell will work on the cross-browser support.

Regretfully, Dell isn't going to invest the time or money to make the forum accessible to Firefox.
