If the OS loads properly after that go to Add/Remove programs & remove anything relating to Bit Defender (you have some leftover pieces that are probably conflicting with AVG & may cause you other problems). Remove any remaining toolbars there too. I know - in theory toolbars offer neat features that make the internet nicer & easier to use - but time & time again I've seen them cause unbelievable headaches when browsing (biggest of being that they slow down your browsing experience).
Also there is a reference to this Peer Guardian program; is that parental controls? I'd remove it too, create a Standard User account for your children (or force them to use the Guest account) & set up the Windows parental controls. Vista & Win7 have great tools as is & in my line of work (a computer tech, go figure!) these 3rd party programs jam up a lot of Windows services.
Although we appreciate his trying to help, please be aware that gregory.jones is not listed as a graduate of the malware removal schools that we contacted. It is understood by the trained analysts that once a helper replies to a log, he continues working with you until the issue is resolved.
mommym, you have some choices:
1. You can, at risk, continue working with the person who has taken ownership of this thread.

Get rid of all R3, O2 (except Java), & O3 entries. Toolbars will run amok & ruin your life on the internet.
Remove the following as well:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [swg] "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\GoogleToolbarNotifier\GoogleToolbarNotifier.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [PeerGuardian] C:\Program Files\PeerGuardian2\pg2.exe
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download A&ll by ReGet Deluxe - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ReGet Shared\CC_All.htm
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download all with Free Download Manager - file://C:\Program Files (x86)\Free Download Manager\dlall.htm
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download selected with Free Download Manager - file://C:\Program Files (x86)\Free Download Manager\dlselected.htm
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download video with Free Download Manager - file://C:\Program Files (x86)\Free Download Manager\dlfvideo.htm
O8 - Extra context menu item: Download with Free Download Manager - file://C:\Program Files (x86)\Free Download Manager\dllink.htm
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - C:\Windows\bdoscandel.exe
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Uninstall BitDefender Online Scanner - {85d1f590-48f4-11d9-9669-0800200c9a66} - C:\Windows\bdoscandel.exe
O23 - Service: GameConsoleService - WildTangent, Inc. - C:\Program Files (x86)\WildGames\Game Console - WildGames\GameConsoleService.exe
O23 - Service: GamesAppService - WildTangent, Inc. - C:\Program Files (x86)\WildTangent Games\App\GamesAppService.exe
