Please copy the entire log, from the part about the version and platform etc, all the way to the bottom, which should include some 023 lines. Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe

Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked the following:

Run killbox. Where it says Full Path of File to Delete you need to type or copy (Hightlight and Ctrl + c)
and Paste (move to the killbox and place the cursor in the box and Ctrl + V):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\st3.dll
Then check the Delete on Reboot box then the red button.
Let it reboot.
Run HijackTHis again (scan only) and if they say File Missing or No File you can check them then Fix Checked. If they are still the same then get the EWIDO program: (I stole the following instructions from a fellow poster Algal)
"Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu."
Launch ewido, there should be a big "E" icon on your desktop, double-click it.
The program will prompt you to update; click the "OK" button
The program will now go to the main screen
Update ewido:
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
On the left hand side of the main screen click update
Click on Start
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed. After the updates are installed, exit ewido.
Do NOT run a scan yet.
Reboot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly until a menu shows up (and choose Safe Mode from the list). In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.
Once in Safe Mode,
Ewido can be now run by using " When it asks if you want to clean the first file, put a checkmark in the lower left corner of the box that says "Perform action on all infections", then choose clean and click OK"
When running an Ewido scan no windows or programs should be open!. Do not use the Computer while the Ewido scan is running!
Scan with ewido:
Click on scanner
Click on Settings
Under "How to scan" all boxes should be selected
Under "Possibly unwanted software" all boxes should be selected
Under "What to scan" select scan every file
Click OK
Click on Complete system scan
Let the program scan the machine
Save and Post Your Report:
Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report.
Click Save report
Save the report to your desktop
Exit ewido"
Post a new log as a reply and if you ran EWIDO then the log from it too.

and Paste (move to the killbox and place the cursor in the box and Ctrl + V):
Then check the Delete on Reboot box then the red button.

When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu."
Launch ewido, there should be a big "E" icon on your desktop, double-click it.
The program will prompt you to update; click the "OK" button
The program will now go to the main screen
Update ewido:
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
On the left hand side of the main screen click update
Click on Start
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed. After the updates are installed, exit ewido.
Do NOT run a scan yet.
Reboot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly until a menu shows up (and choose Safe Mode from the list). In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.
Once in Safe Mode,
When running an Ewido scan no windows or programs should be open!. Do not use the Computer while the Ewido scan is running!
Scan with ewido:
Click on scanner
Click on Settings
Under "How to scan" all boxes should be selected
Under "Possibly unwanted software" all boxes should be selected
Under "What to scan" select scan every file
Click OK
Click on Complete system scan
Let the program scan the machine
Save and Post Your Report:
Once the scan has completed, there will be a button located on the bottom of the screen named Save report.
Click Save report
Save the report to your desktop
Exit ewido"
