Help needed please...

I am having a problem with my internet connection and I'm pretty sure it is virus/malware related.  I think someone is piggy-backing my connection to play Unreal Tournament 2004 as it's known to be a problem.  I have run adware, norton, & AVG and found a virus and about 30 spywares.  I also ran a hijackthis and posted the results below.  I want this person off my connection as I am paying alot of money to have a good connection for my gaming and this guy is making it run like junk with my ping going 2-5 times higher than it was for each of my games.

I don't see anything there except you installed (I hope) NAV to a nonstandard folder (C:\Norton) and you have both AVG and Norton autoloading. Two AVs duking it out is not the best practice in my opinion.

Yeah that was done today in a mad scramble to fix my computer for the Friday night gaming session...oh well, guess it's something else.  I will drop AVG per your advice anyways, thanks for looking at it.
