Help Please. Virus/worm/trojan is causing me great problems.

I have new Dimension XPS running MSWindows Pro. During intial setup of machine I got a virus/worm/trojan. In Outlook Express can not read message body. Cursor indicates loop. 3 of the tabs in tools/options are now in arabic language. Everything else seems to work OK. Have run virus programs from Trend Micro, Norton, Macfee, AVI, and Zone Alarm. Nothing found. Also ran Spy Sweeper and No Ad Aware. Nothing found. Ran Trojan Remover. Nothing found.

How can I find and remove this thing?

A couple of things...
 
1. Try Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool - It has picked up several things  the mainstream programs have missed. You can even run it onine. You'll find a recent article I wrote about it here:
 
2. It would be a good thing to download (if you can) a copy of a System Analysis & Diagnostics tool. Again here is an article I've written about one that I use. In fact, I would not even run a system these days without using this software.
 
I know how frustrating this can be. Try these things and leave a post as to how you're doing.
