Do you have a program running that is setting to stop changes being made to your computer? It should show up in a log but a program such as Startpage Guard for example, won't show in the HJT log.
Also rerun AdAware and Spybot.

OK, I searched the installed programs, and all I found that looked suspicious was the following:
TCONTEXT
BROADJUMP CLIENT FOUNDATION
When I ran ad aware, it said it needed to fix this on reboot: CXTPLS
SPYBOT picked up DyFuCa also. I have not rebooted yet, but I wonder if you can tell that I need to do something else with this. Thanks again for all your help!
Open your Add Remove programs folder in your Control Panel and look for Does he have the option in add/remove programs to uninstall Internet Optimizer, People On Page and Apropos Media and Ebates or Moe_Money?
If you are registered at People on People you will need to unregister before we can go any further.
To unregister, sign in to POP! with the email address and password of the profile you are unregistering. Click the Controls button on the POPBAR and choose My Account from the menu that displays. When the My Account page opens, click the Registration Information link. When the Change Registration page opens, click the Unregister from POP! link. When the Unregistration page opens, enter your email address and password and choose whether you want to unregister from POP! Dating or from POP! Completely, then click the Unregister button.
I couldn't see any of the programs you mentioned in your previous post in my control panel add/remove menu.

Before anyone can help you, you need to update your HJT version and post a new log.

Do you have a program running that is setting to stop changes being made to your computer? It should show up in a log but a program such as Startpage Guard for example, won't show in the HJT log.
Also rerun AdAware and Spybot.

Get back to me with these answeres.
