help

hello can you help me to delete my virus trojans and othres things which run on the processor.
 
i've tryed to keep some free anti-virus and try version but it's not enought.
 
I don't know where start? help me please:smileysad:

Let's see what's running on your system that might be causing a problem. Go ahead and post up a HiJackThis log and we'll review it for you. If your not sure how to do this, just post back, or see ChrisM's instructions pinned to the top of this forum.

In the meantime, try going to www.trendmicro.com and clicking "Free Online Scan. It'll take a few minutes to download and install - especially on a dialup connection. When it's down, select all available drives, then click "Scan" - there's also some instuctions on that page to help.

There seems to be a few baddies floating about. Let's see what we can do...

First, let's go to www.trendmicro.com and click "Free Online Scan". It'll take a few minutes to download and install. When it's down, select all available drives, then click "Scan". Let's see if this can pick something up...

Reboot into "Safe Mode".

 
Look in Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall)
 
Windows Ad Control
Search Relevancy
MyWebSearch
Comet Search
Comet Toolbar
Comet ... (somthing)
 

Now, let's open a command prompt and unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:
 
regsvr32  /u  csbho.dll
regsvr32  /u  csietb.dll
 
It's ok if they aren't found.
 

Next, let's run HiJackThis, then:
 
1.  click " Config..."
2.  click " Misc Tools"
3.  click " Delete a file on reboot"
4.  browse to, then double-click on each of the file(s) below, one at a time:
 
    C:\Program Files\Windows ControlAd\WinCtlAd.exe
    C:\Program Files\Windows ControlAd\WinCtlAdAlt.exe
    C:\PROGRA~1\SEARCH~1\SEARCH~1.DLL
    C:\PROGRA~1\COMETS~1\Platform\Bin\csbho.dll
    C:\PROGRA~1\COMETS~1\Platform\Bin\csietb.dll

5.  when prompted to " Reboot Now", after selecting each file, select " No"
 

Now, in the lower-right hand-corner of HiJackThis, click " back", then " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click " Fix checked".
 
 
Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

C:\PROGRA~1\COMETS~1
   
Run " Disk Cleanup" and allow it to remove everything it finds.
 
Reboot your system normally.
 
 
Post back a new log.

While Mike is celebrating Christmas I'll tell you how to do the disk clean up.
Open up your Windows Explorer and right click on C:/ drive, your main drive I assume.
Left click on properties and click on disk clean up and delete all the folders that have stuff in it.
Just click on OK when they ask if you want to delete all the contents.

If will do iautomatically and you will have done the disk clean up.
