Hi Angel...looks like the baddies have been messing with your PC. Quite a few hijackers of various and sundry assortment.
The first thing to do is download and run CWShredder to eliminate most of the CoolWebsearch infectors. You can get it here and the instructions are on the bottom of the page. Start at the point where it reads:
You can download this program here: CWShredder
You may need to run CWS in Safe Mode (hit F8 on restarting your computer and select Safe Mode). Follow the directions for fixing all problems detected.
After running CWS reboot and download two more cleanup programs:
Read the directions at http://www.cjwd.demon.co.uk/spybot-adaware.html and follow them for using these tools. The Adaware custom settings are a little trickier to set up, but just carefully follow the excellent directions on the tutorial.
Reboot after Spybot runs. Run Adaware next with custom settings and then reboot also. The programs may ask to restart and fix things also. If they do ask this restart Windows and then after they finish (little activity will be shown as they just finish up some cleanup) reboot again.
Next run Disk Cleanup: Start button/Run/type cleanmgr Clean all temporary files (I usually check all boxes and delete everything it finds).
Finally repost a new Hijackthis log back here for final cleanup. Some bad files and subfolders may survive and manual deletion instructions will be addressed by Chris tomorrow (I have a workshop to give on PC Troubleshooting). Some entries will also need to be deleted using Hijackthis and Chris will fix you up for final cleanup.
Thank you for your help, I do already have Spybot S&D installed on my puter, but I will go and get the other, CWShredder, and Adaware and follow your instructions! I will post back with a new Hijackthis log!
