Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT. You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT
Thanks for the updated link. Unfortunately my friend lives in another state and she is now having issues getting to the new HJT site to download the software. After trying a few times she was able to download the software but is now having problems e-mailing me the log to post here. I tried having her post her log here but my attempt has been fruitless since she can't even get to Dell's website. Thanks for the help and links it is appreciated. This stuff is pretty interesting. I will continue to educate myself on how to prevent this from happening. Thanks again.
