Hi and welcome,
I have looked at your log and it is clean.
The only thing that I can figure is that while you were "fiddleing" with HJT, you deleted some entries but not
completely from your computer. It's my suggestion that you restore your system to the way it was before you messed with HJT so we can see where the problems lay.
What I am looking at now, your log, I can't see a thing that would be causing these pop-ups.
BE SURE TO REBOOT BEFORE GETTING A NEW LOG.

Please run the Trend Micro scan and let me know if it finds anything and download MWAV and post the results from the log.
Go Trend Micro and do an online scan and delete whatever it finds. Be sure to highlight the drives you want to have searched.
Now load MWAV from here MWAV
