HiJack this log

 Hi!  I have been advised to do a scan with the Trend Micro's HiJackThis and post it here.  My problem is this: When I got the computer, I set it up and then did some searching on the Internet.  When I clicked on the X to close out the window I was working in, many windows started popping up. I hit Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the computer to shut down.  When I called Dell (after it had done this again the next day)- they recommended getting the software Spy Sweeper and Window Washer, which I did.  I have been scanning the computer at least once a week with the Spy Sweeper and once or more a day with the Window Washer.  For awhile, this worked, but a couple of days ago, the above happened again.  I sought help on the forum, and was advised to try the MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.  I tried that but the above happened again a couple of days later.  It only happens when I am using Internet Explorer.  It has not happened when I use Firefox.  

  I would greatly appreciate any kind of help I can get with this.  Below is the scan.  Thank you very much!!

 PS - I have TWO windows with info. from the scan.  I was advised to copy and paste the info. from the hijackthis Notepad, which is what is here.  What do I do with the other window - where at the bottom it gives you options about what to do?  Do i save this somewhere?  I won't be on here after 3:30, so I hope someone can tell me before then!  Or I can do it again!  Thanks!!!
