UnZip] into the suggested/default folder,

Use
Windows Explorerto navigate your way into this folder, and then double click on HiJackThis.

Click on Do a System Scan and Save a LogFile
This will automatically open NotePad
Copy the entire file from NotePad: EDIT/SelectAll, EDIT/Copy

it appears you're running Sun Java
j2re1.4.2_03 . there is much speculation that a "hole" in this particular version is being exploited by an especially notorious piece of malware called WinFixer. so we should upgrade to the latest version,
1.5.0_06 from
http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
my personal preference is to download the MANUAL (OFFline) installation version (16 MB). but if you prefer the online installation, that choice is yours.
AFTER you successfully install the new java, go to your control panel, ADD/REMOVE programs, and
UNinstall all older versions of Java (if any) that still show up there.... especially the 1.4.2_03.

at this point, i'm gonna try to call-in someone else to continue analysis of your log. we're rather busy at the moment, and RKinner [who does most of my follow-ups] is away on vacation, so i can't be sure just exactly who [or when] will be your next helper.

Be sure to look this solution over before you begin. There are a some item(s) i'm not familar with. If you recognze any, then just omit them from this fix.
Download, unzip to your desktop CWShredder and run it, then:
1. Click " Check For Update"
( If an update isn't available, skip to step #4.)
2. Click " Click here to Download the upate".
3. When the new version has been downloaded, click " Save".
4. Click " Fix ->"
Run HiJackThis and click " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
