Normally logs are analyzed over on Dell's Malware Removal forum.
However, due to some forum software problems the analysts have been having a difficult time replying on the forums in a timely manner.
You may want to consider posting your log at one of these other forums:
http://spywarehammer.com/
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We're hoping that Dell will have things fixed soon.
