HOW TO POST A HIJACKTHIS LOG at the top of this board for downloading the updated version of HijackThis and getting it posted with the correct formatting.
* Make sure you delete your 1.99.1 version of HijackThis first.
Please be aware that Smew is not listed as a graduate of the HijackThis and malware removal schools that we contacted. It is understood that once a helper replies to a log, he continues working with you until the issue is resolved. wsa23899, you have some choices:
1. You can, at risk, continue working with the person who has taken ownership of this thread.
2. You can repost your log as a New Message, and wait for a trained analyst to reply.
