Hi Xander89,

Welcome to Dell Community Malware Removal Forums,

Sorry for the delay in getting to you, I'm K27 and i will be reviewing your log for you.

Please DO NOT run any scans/tools/fixes on your own as this will conflict with the tools we are going to use.

Please Print or Save to Notepad all instructions and please follow them carefully and if there's something you don't understand or that will not work please let me know and we will go through it together.

Please DO NOT use this system for anything apart from visiting this forum and other sites I direct you too, as this will only make the cleanup process all the more diffecult.

Failure to reply in three (3) days will result in this topic being closed and I will remove it from my notifications, If you require more time then that is fine but please let me know.

First off, these so called HJT automated readers are renowned for giving false positives (legit files flagged as malicious) and can very easily give false information that could kill the who system should one act upon it.

Also, most if not all of the items in a HJT log are critical system components that are needed for the system to operate, plus, everything listed in that output a being in 0% of other HJT logs is bad information as pretty much all of it I have seen in numerous other HJT logs.

Please post me a fresh HJT log in its entirety if you still require assistance.

Thanks.
