Wild Tangent I think you may be able to unistall from Add/Remove programs.

There are other suspicious entries in the log, but the biggest thing I see is that there appears to be no antivirus software running.

Do online scans at one or more of the following sites:

TrendMicro
BitDefender
Symantec


A good free AV program is AVG, available from Grisoft.

If that doesn't take care of your problem, follow the advice on one of the recent posts bu pskelly or ChrisRLG and post you HJT log on one of the active HJT forums.
