HijackThis log! Please help!

Hi hmcis, The bad news is you have a hard to remove CWS Exploit, the good news is a fix was recently released for it.  First we need to address the HijackThis.exe.
I see no evidence of HJT in your log, just guessing you executed it from a floppy or deleted it after you ran it.  It needs to be in place so it can store logs and backups for safety in the event a mistake is make.  Please look at the information in this link to properly position HijackThis.exe in a folder on your C: drive.

Once this is completed, run HJT and put a check in front of each of these line items, then click on "Fix Checked"

 Once you have cleared the CWS Exploit from your computer, then follow these instructions: 

http://www.cjwd.demon.co.uk/spybot-adaware.html Please note the free Spybot 1.3 does have a slight bug...it detects some DSO exploits falsely. Hopefully an upgrade will fix this.The problem is not serious and should not deter people from using Spybot.

Then empty the recycle bin, and reboot the computer.  Next, To update HJT, open the program, then click on Config to the right. Then on the top line, choose Misc Tools.
On the left column choose "Check for update online". Follow the instructions.
Then please post a new log staying in this same thread, there will be more to do.

Nothing seems to have changed. I followed your direction and tried to do everything that the directions said for 3 hours!  At the end, its still the same stuff! About:blank and pop-ups. 

By the way, I couldn't do about:buster 1.31, I followed the instruction, turned the computer on in safe mode, but step 3 says find "Network Security Service" and I couldn't find it.  Also in numner 4 it says find any line relates to res://dll/index.html#37049, I didn't know how to find that either.

I have so far tried everything... adaware, spybot, cwshredder..about:buster 1.31 (couldn't finish it, bacause of wrong instructions, number 3 says click on 'Network Security Service' but it doesn't exist), then I also did FIX1 FIX 2 , dowloaded APM, but eventually got lost in the instructions where it talks about BHO entries with random.dll sinc ethere are so many of them, I don't know which ones to delete.  I also downloaded resplendent Registrar ... I mean I tried EVERYTHING!!

But nothing is happeneing, nothing is working!!!!
