hijackthis log...my computer needs help!

my computer was getting pop ups that said you have spyware installed yadda yadda yadda.  i used spybot to get rid of a lot of it but my computer is still running slow and keeps warning me that my virtual memory is too low.  my IE 6.0 won't keep my home page saved in internet options.  it keeps resetting to "about-blank."  can someone help me clean some of this out please.  its a dell 1.8GHZ 256 MB RAM.  i have a 1.3 with 128mb RAM that runs quicker than this.
