Hunt Bar

Question

Hi did spybot but there are 6 things that can not be removed and they are all in a thing called Huntbar.  It says that the file may be in use or in memory.  I have tried to remove it several times with spybot.  Can I go somewhere in my control panel to remove this?  I am assuming it is the root of my evil problems.  Please help me delete this!   Also I have tried to do an ad ware scan many times and the computer shuts down.  It has some stupid message that says the Remote Procedure control was terminated or lost.  Then it says windows will shut down.  Then has a timer and it shuts down.  It does it every time.  I have tried to run ad ware in safe mode and instead of getting the message, my computer just shuts down and restarts.  It is really frustrating and I just want to not have pop ups.  I am not sure if they are a virus or just random pop ups what do you suggest?   Please help on both of these topics.    Oh yeah I did  a system restore and that did not help the ad ware thing either.   Thanks!

Oo to here and download HiJackThis to its own folder that you create on your C:\ drive at C:\HJT. After it is downloaded open the program and click Scan and Save to log. Post the log that it generates in the HiJackThisForum for analysis. Steve
