I feel your pain and it would be wonderful to come up with an easy solution to corral the miscreants. But, like spam there is no easy fix for malware. The Internet is by nature anonymous and chaotic. It's out of control for the most part, thus allowing the rascals to operate freely. Only a totally restructuring of the Internet as we know it would solve the problem and the solution would bring with it maybe other issues we wouldn't like.
