OK kitty it seems that you quarantine that file or corrupted that file when your "original spyware´s provider" detected it. In order to follow joe53 instructions you need to recover that file from quarantine, always quarantine, never delete until you are sure that the file is not needed. If the file was deleted, you will need the OS dvd to do a windows OS repair. Insert the OS DVD, reboot, press any key to star from the DVD, and do a repair. A OS repair will not delete your files.
Some help to do a repair/reinstall for windows XP, if your OS is Vista or W7 look for the appropriate instructions:
Ok, I did evrything and now i just have a black screen after windows startup screen. There was a message saying that the setup could not be completed because a file was missing/ "the log did not have enough information" I did start the recovery console only to get another error. The error code is (0x4,0,0,0). I'm thinking about deleting my existing partition and creating a new one.

I created a batch file that gets rid of some variants of the xp antispyware malware. It requires you to restart when it's done. Feel free to try it, change it. http://www.mediafire.com/file/odqyzt2my52/WINAVremove.bat
This will at least get you to be able to run malware bytes anti-malware
