Hi
I found this by Googleing it. You need to post a HiJackThis log in the HiJackThis forum for analysis.
You don't need this running in your computer.

  • Computer hacking is in danger of becoming as socially acceptable as taping
records at home. Computer crime isn?t just about spotty introverted
kids leaving ?You?ve been tangoed? messages in your PC?s memory. The
parameters expand from wanton computer vandalism to theft of privileged
    information.

25 per cent of firms in the Ernst & Young survey
said someone had tried to break into their firm using the Internet in
the last year. Intruders may remove or erase memory or leave new
programs. Often disguised as something innocuous (trojan horse
arracks), these programs will sit unnoticed in the memory, operating at
a predetermined point, to destroy or simply take over memory. Trojan
