I am running CA Internet Security through my ISP. Could this be causing this problem. These errors are showing up on both my desktop and networked laptop.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks in advance

TrueVector Service is part of ZoneAlarm firewall.   I'm assuming your CA Internet Security includes a firewall of its own?   [As also does Windows XP].    Make sure you're running only one [software] firewall ---- if you're running a firewall other than ZoneAlarm, be sure that zoneAlarm is disabled.

Not that I expect to be of further assistance to you, but for others reading, it might be helpful if you indicate
1) what is the one firewall that you're running now? and
2) if not currently ZoneAlarm, did you ever use ZoneAlarm firewall on that system?

The firewall I am running is from CA Internet Securities. It if furnished by Time Warner Cable as part of their RoadRunner Internet package. I did run Zone Alarm before, but that was before I installed a new hard drive and re installed windows. I think the CA Internet software is a part of Zone Alarm.
Anyway, I have uninstalled it and am  going to reinstall. I have seen other threads in the Dell forums regarding this problem. I'm not the only one to experience this problem.
Thanks for you help
