 but you do have both Norton and Trend running at the same time.  Might be some conflict there.

You should uninstall Norton/Symantec if you want to use Trend.

 

Right click on the clock and select Task Manager then Processes then click once where it says Mem Usage to sort the processes by which use the most memory.  What are the top three processes?
