Internet Explorer Problems

Question

Hey guys - I'm having trouble with my explorer.   The pictures won't load correctly .... and I tried installing all the ad-aware etc, in the 'before you post' and the only thing that would work is the ad-aware software.   I system restored, so it's a little bit better, but I'm afraid I have some sorta virus.   Please let me know what I can do.   I am familiar with the high-jack system, so if you suggest that let me know....   thanks again,   mandy

Go to here and download HiJackThis to its own folder that you create on your C:\ drive. After it is downloaded open the program and click Scan and Save to log. Post the log that it generates in the HiJackThis forum for analysis. Steve

I have tried numerous times to download the hijack this program via the MG webpage, but the webpage won't load because of whatever reason is wrong with my Internet explorer. The page wont load fully and the pictures won't show up. could you please send me a copy of the file via email ( mandz3443@Yahoo.com) or through this site?   Im frustred because I just got this computer two months ago and somehow there's something wrong already. ughhhh!   thanks!
