IP/Port Question (possible hacker?)
I have this program that shows active ports running, and there is this one IP 216.239.115.143 that keeps coming up under the TIME_WAIT category. (I'm guessing my firewall is blocking it.) Does anybody know why this IP is showing up? Is somebody trying to hack me?

they all show a Cachemanager with hits from that IP.
One of those links gives this URL as a connected data - " dw.com.com "

It seems associated to web logs and web cache activity - so looks like background internet traffic.
I would ignor.
