Is dsagent.exe legitimate?

I received a message that my start-up had recently been changed. The details indicate the DsAgent.exe would be a part of my start-up. It appears to be located in the Dell folder, so I assume it is legit, but want to be sure. Thanks.

Check the spelling on that. Yes, the DsAgent is a Dell program. It goes with the Dell Support tool.
