I ran did windows update and downloaded the first critical update which was service pak 4. Now I cannot open internet explorer nor can I add/remove programs to revert internet explorer to previous version it won't even let me open add/remove programs when I click on it nothing happens even in safe mode. (I called Dell over the weekend and for the first time in 4 years they said I had to pay for tech support that this was not a hardware issue despite they helped me before with software issues)
Now I cannot get into my email or any websites. Help, what do I do?
