ISRunOnce.exe

Question

I have no problems with my computer at present, but in my Hijack log there is an entry for a program call ISRunOnce.exe.   It is in the c:\program files\dell\support\bin\ folder, so I imagine Dell should be able to tell me its function, if any.

This is the only information Google returns: http://www.nl.filename.info/f/runonce.exe.html and it is in German?  You should know we are all volunteers here removing malware.  While we might be able to discern more if we could see the HJT log, since it is in a Dell Folder that you post on the board for  your computer model.  I have a Dimension 4550 and a search of my system does not return this item.  I hope this helps...pskelley

I sent that link to a friend of mine in Germany for translation.
She couldn't translate it as it is written in Netherlandese, or whatever they call their home language in the Netherlands.
I too thought it was German but was told otherwise.

I did see where it did say Deutsch( German).

Here is the closest language ( Dutch) I could get for a translation. It apprears that his is just a Windows file from what I can decipher?
